IBEX SERVICES Ltd (UID CHE-114.803.997), Via Serafino Balestra 6, CH-6830 Chiasso, Switzerland, is a commercial fiduciary company (società fiduciaria commerciale) subject to the Ticino Act on the exercise of the fiduciary professions (LFid) and to the cantonal Authority supervising the exercise of the fiduciary professions. Authorisation under the LFid is granted to natural persons and is personal: under art. 6 LFid the company exercises the profession through an authorised fiduciary who works in the business and whose signature is entered in the Commercial Register. The company itself holds no FINMA licence.
